The expediency of using primers P 816 and RAPD 2 for differentiation of different groups of genotypes of M. sacchariflorus, M. gigantheus, M. sinensis species has been established. Therefore, it can be argued that the use of these primers for breeding practice allows to assess the genetic diversity of existing species of the genus Miscanthus. RAPD 2, ISSR, and microsatellite primers Sa 54B, SB 38, and SB 85 were used to evaluate the molecular genetic polymorphism of the Salix collection. Primer ISSR 4 detected 570- and 720-bp amplicons. with a frequency of 0.2 and can be used to differentiate members of the genus Salix. .
