The goal of the project – to deepen our knowledge about infinite-dimensional Banach spaces and operators in such spaces, and to develop a variety of tools applicable to this study. The research methods–we study operators using the properties of the spaces involved. The technical tools include embedding into convenient spaces, renorming, ultrafilters and ultraproducts, and subtle play with slices, weak neighborhoods and extreme points.
