A research object is a process of change of operating descriptions of engine at the change of geometrical parameters of native supports and technology and mean of their renewal. In the process of research the analysis of problem is conducted on literary sources, influence of violation of geometry of native supports of block is investigational on work and parameters of engine, in particular on: thermal consisting of underbodies of the native bearings, power of mechanical losses of engine, change of specific expense of fuel, vibration of engine and pressure of butter of main oily highway, tearing down of engine. Character, directions and conformities to the law of change of geometrical sizes and coincidence of axes of native supports, is investigational. The analysis of existent technological methods of renewal of соосности and geometrical sizes of native supports of engines and literary review of problem is conducted. It is set as a result of research: - at a change the malalignment of middle native supports in relation to extreme, from values accepted for base, scope from 0,02 мм to 0,06 мм the temperature of underbodies of the native bearings rises: on 6,0 % - in 2 native bearings, on 7,8 % - in 3 native bearings, on 7,9 % - in 4 native bearings, mechanical losses increased power on 5,3 %, the specific expense of fuel is increased on 1,2 %, the vibration of engine rises on 28 %, the concentration of basic elements of tearing down of engine in a luboil is increased: copper - on 1,1 %, to the aluminium - on 1,8 % gland - on 2,1 %, . It specifies on the necessity of renewal of geometry of native supports for prevention catastrophic wear; - most deformation of native supports is observed in a vertical plane and inplane, located under the corner of 45° to horizon.
