The object of research is the production activity of Edelweiss LLC. The purpose of research work is to determine areas for improving the efficiency of innovative activities of the enterprise for the rapid implementation of innovations and ensure maximum profit. Methods - monographic, comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction, deduction, graphical, computational, design, chain substitutions, strategic analysis, formalization, analogy and others. The generalized scientific result of the work is the development of methodological recommendations for improving the efficiency of innovative activities of the business entity LLC "Edelweiss", taking into account regional aspects. Theoretical bases of innovation management as an object of evaluation of innovation project efficiency are revealed; the scheme of interrelation between indicators of innovative and economic activity of the enterprise is constructed. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development of scientific-methodical and practical recommendations for improving the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of innovative activities of the business entity LLC "Edelweiss".
