The object of research is a conceptual model of change management in the military education system. The aim of the work is to develop and implement a conceptual model of change management in the military education system in pedagogical theory and practice using the experience of NATO member countries. Research methods - comparative analysis and analytical review of military education system management, specifics of military training adopted in the armed forces of NATO member states, methods of explanation and generalization of the conceptual model of change management in the military education system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The research analyzes domestic and foreign information sources on change management in military education systems, highlights different interpretations and forms a unified semantic understanding of the basic concept of change management, highlights the positive aspects and trends that can be used to reform the military education system.
