According to the terms of reference for the project, a study of the kinematics of the working body of the excavator was performed and the parameters of force interaction for different positions of the mechanism were determined. A mathematical model of moving the working tool for programming the controller and automation of digging and loading operations has been created. The obtained mathematical models are verified and in the future will be used for programming a robotic test model.
The use of excavation mechanisms is analyzed. Geometric, kinematic, power parameters of the excavator are determined. The principles of excavator hydraulic system control are established.
