Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of defrosted sperm were performed and it was found that the results of rearing larvae of carp of Ukrainian breeds depended on the composition of the cryoprotective environment, and were better when using modified composite solutions. The main fish-biological indicators of these carp at the age of four-year-olds were determined, which showed their superiority in these indicators in comparison with the offspring obtained by traditional methods.
