The project is dedicated to the development of scientific foundations and practical tools for monitoring public, economic, technological and safety processes, the identification and analysis of challenges and threats to Ukraine, the creation of the IASC to support decision-making aimed at achieving the necessary goals of the state and its important institutions, the development and application of technical means and technologies in order to prevent and overcome the consequences of crisis phenomena, in particular, the COVID-19 pandemic. The studies are based on the application of big data mining methods, predictive modeling and Foresight, artificial intelligence, geospatial data analysis, analytical-synthetic approach in electrochemistry and applied mechanics. The interdisciplinary team consists of representatives of scientific schools of systems analysis, mathematics and mechanics, electrochemistry. It has more than 40 implemented grants from Ukraine and other countries of the world.
