Critical areas of use of the complex are identified and substantiated. The technical and economic feasibility of the implementation of the complex to simulate the damaging factors of nuclear impact on the experimental basis of nuclear fuel has been proved. It is substantiated that medical and biological researches of influence of hydrated electrons, short-lived fractions of radiation ionization of the atmosphere on living matter are of priority for the complex. Ways of transformation of discharge energy of excited states of atoms and molecules in biological systems are investigated. Developed and transferred to the manufacture of the design of the means necessary for the improvement of nuclear-physical nuclear power plants in the simulation of damaging factors from various factors of nuclear radiation.
