It was also highlighted that the problematic areas for the formation of income of the staff of FOP Sidenko include: insufficient amount of raw materials for full capacity utilization of enterprises; reduction of exports due to Russian sanctions on food products from Ukraine; difficult financial and economic condition of enterprises; high level of wear of material and technical base; insufficient level of investment for development; reduction of sales of products in the domestic market of the region due to rising selling prices, etc. Based on the selected main features of the formation of the total income of the staff of FOP Sidenko, it was determined that there is a certain limit at which the increase in average monthly income is unfavorable to the company and affects only the growth of production costs without increasing productivity. As a result of the research it was determined that there is a close linear relationship between the performance of FOP Sidenko and the amount of income per 1 employee and the basic salary, as well as a direct linear relationship between the amount of additional wages per 1 employee and income enterprises per 1 employee. Due to the need to improve the system of internal regulation of labor relations in the enterprise in terms of the formation of total staff income, it was proposed to take into account the system of non-fund incentives based on points and can be considered when creating a compensation package.
