A study of organic light-emitting heterostructures and a study of the technological influence of functional film structuring on the luminescent and electrophysical parameters of heterostructures. The development of new organic light-emitting heterostructures of the RGB spectrum on the basis of newly synthesized aggregation-enriched organic semiconductors is carried out. The optimization of the architecture of organic heterostructures of white glow color with the use of additional transport and injection of organic materials is carried out. Modification of the graphene oxide film of poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene was investigated.
