A synthetic approach for monodisperse magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles with controlled size and morphology has been developed. We have obtained composite materials using these methods of synthesis. Polycondensation was used to synthesize dispersed systems of heterohydrogel composite materials due to the interchain reaction of acrylamide prepolymers, as well as structuring dextrin with N-derivatives of glutamic acid via the Steglich reaction. Obtained composite systems contain hydrogel magnetically sensitive particles with a structured oligomers shell.
The obtained hydrogel composites with a mineral core of magnetically sensitive iron oxide and an organic shell containing fragments of natural compounds can be used in biomedicine and biotechnology as magnetically controlled systems
