• Samples of two groups of patients with severe COVID-19 pneumonia were obtained: 15 patients after transplantation of cryopreserved allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells and 15 control patients without experimental treatment in dynamics.
• Sample preparation was performed: plasma and serum were obtained from control patients, isolated a fraction of mononuclear cells, which were cryopreserved and stored in a low-temperature bank for further study on a flow cytofluorimeter.
• The design of primers was developed and the conditions of quantitative RT-PCR for the determination of miRNA in the plasma of patients were optimized.
