A method of micropropagation for 3 types of apple rootstocks (54-118, M.9, MM.106) and 3 types of pear rootstocks (IS 2-10, IS 4-16, VA-29). In the course of the work the main stages of cultivation of grain rootstocks in vitro were optimized, the influence of biologically active substances (different types of cytokines, auxins and gibberellins) on the processes of regeneration, proliferation and rhizogenesis was studied. A collection of virus-free types of rootstocks in isolated conditions has been created. The effectiveness of the use of several substances with antiviral nature and thermotherapy for the healing of apple explants in vitro has been studied. The effectiveness of ribavirin at a concentration of 20 mg / l has been shown for elimination of ASGV in Renet Simirenko apple in vitro . The allelic state of the MdMYB1 gene in 37 apple genotypes was evaluated.
