Matching the facts and word-formation phenomena in the Russian and Hungarian verbal word-formation spheres shows, that the correlative word-formation categories and models in a number of cases are characterized by an idiosyncretism and idiomaticity. The research materials demonstrate, that the different languages, even in a case of marking objectively the same-named things or fragments in the immeasurable field of human activities, – approach from different points of view, accepting different nouns or signs for an initial point.
