The analysis of sowing machine designs has been carried out. It has been established that the main disadvantage of operating seeding complexes with parallelogram copying mechanisms is the low periodic of maintenance. Failure to comply with the requirements of maintenance leads to the ingress of abrasive into the hinge joints of the copying mechanisms, changing their friction mode and reducing the durability.
It has been proved that for abrasive friction conditions it is necessary to use polymer-composite material Nylon 66. Experimental studies have established that to ensure stable operation of movable joints of machines and mechanisms operating in free maintenance mode with a small amount of abrasive, polymer-composite material - UPA- 6-30.
Field experiments of the Agro-Soyuz Turbosem II 19-60 seeding complex confirmed the results of theoretical studies. It is proved that the average value of the resource of experimental parts is 20588 hectares, which exceeds the indicators of serial parts by 4 times.
The economic effect from the operation of the Agro-Soyuz Turbosem II 19-60 seeding complex with a modified design of the parallelogram relief copying mechanism is 226552.2 UAH / year.
The practical significance of the results obtained. A technology has been developed for manufacturing hinge parts for a parallelogram mechanism for copying the relief of a sowing complex, which increase their durability under various operating conditions. In the new design, the friction details do not require maintenance, the downtime is reduced, the pace of work and the resource of the parallelogram mechanism for copying the seeding machines relief increase.
