The aim of the study is to substantiate and develop the formulation of drinks based on dry mixtures of oilseeds for the endurance of athletes. A technological method for pretreatment of oilseeds for use in dry beverage technology has been developed. A basic formulation of a dry mixture of a hypertonic drink for athletes has been developed. Efficiency of application: the development will increase the endurance of athletes, taking into account the metabolic processes that occur in their body, will increase the profitability of processing domestic seeds, as well as improve the quality of domestic products of sports nutrition.
