Subject of study - organoleptic, physico-chemical indicators of bleached oils. The purpose of the work is to improve the technology of adsorption refining of oils using samples of new adsorbents. Research methods - the study of the physico-chemical parameters of oils is performed according to DSTU, as well as generally accepted methods recommended by the All-Russian Research Institute of Scientific Research. The efficiency of adsorbents - samples of bentonites of the domestic Pologovsky deposit, activated clay of the MAK series of foreign production was established. The oils that have been purified by these sorbents are investigated.
