The purpose of the research work: to develop and implement a conceptual model of change management in the military education system in pedagogical theory and practice using the experience of NATO member countries. The paper uses a systematic analysis of domestic experience and the experience of NATO member countries on the model of change management in the military education system, expert evaluation and experimental verification of the conceptual model of change management in the military education system. The report provides: analysis of domestic and foreign information sources on change management in military education systems, highlights different interpretations of the basic concept of change management, and adapts it to the peculiarities of the military education system. The analysis of interrelation of military education and system of national security is carried out and the general directions of their interaction are allocated. Requirements and proposals for determining the constituent elements (stages) of the draft conceptual model of change management in the military education system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, taking into account the main national and world trends. The characteristics and mathematical bases of methods of expert assessments in the education system of Ukraine are investigated, a representative sample of approaches to the formation of the optimal number of experts is proposed, the requirements for experts of the expert group are formed.
