The aim of the study was to determine the anticoronaviral activity of C60 fullerene. Research methods - atomic force microscopy, dynamic light scattering, molecular dynamics, docking. A literature search was performed and active target proteins were selected from the coronaviruses studied, including SAPRS-CoV-2 (RdRp and 3CLrgo) and cells of various organs sensitive to them (ACE2 and TMPRSS2) capable of binding to C60 fullerene. The design of potential complexes "C60-protein", in particular "C60-3CLrgo", in a simulated cellular environment using the methods of molecular dynamics and docking. It is shown that C60 fullerene can form a stable complex with the 3CLrgo protein of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and, thus, inhibit its functional activity. An aqueous colloidal solution of C60 fullerenes was prepared and characterized using the original ultrasonic technology, microscopic and spectroscopic methods.  Product Description popup.authors Gurmach Vasylʹ V.
