Objeсt: human blood lymphoсytes. Purpose: elucidation of the possibility of modification of the astaxanthin bystander effect in non-irradiated peripheral blood lymphocytes conditionally healthy volunteers in their co-cultivation with irradiated in vitro leukemic cells of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Peculiarities of interaction of intact blood lymphocytes of healthy persons with blood cells of untreated patients with CLL (unirradiated and irradiated in vitro 137Cs in a dose of 0.50 Gy) were established by cytogenetic and molecular genetic markers of genome stability during bystander effect development and possibilities of astaxanthin interaction were evaluated.
