The developed multiparameter methods and systems of Jones matrix and CDMA tomography and 3D Jones matrix microscopy with polarization-interference reconstruction of the optically anisotropic structure of polycrystalline films of biological fluids have been experimentally tested. Identification of the relationship between statistical and correlation parameters characterizing the layer - by - layer distributions and coordinate homogeneity of the modulus and phase values of the Jones and CDMA matrix elements, and polarization - correlation parameters ). On this basis, the diagnosis and differentiation of various forms of diabetes, albuminuria, nonalcoholic fatty disease and chronic liver hepatitis, breast cancer, as well as developed a method for determining the age of death by temporary monitoring of changes in statistical and correlation moments characterizing Jones-matrix and CDMA tomograms.
