A scenario forecast of the market development of organic poultry products until 2025 has been prepared, which includes the main studies of organic production of poultry products, its economic indicators, weaknesses and strengths and prospects in this area. The modern domestic consumer market of organic products in Ukraine (according to the Federation of Organic Movement of Ukraine) began to develop in the early 2000s, amounting to: in 2004 - 100 thousand euros, in 2005 - 200 thousand euros, in 2006 - 400 thousand euros, in 2007 - 500 thousand euros, in 2008 - 600 thousand euros, in 2009 - 1.2 million euros, in 2010 - 2.4 million euros, in 2011 this figure increased to 5, 1 million euros, in 2012 - up to 7.9 million euros, in 2013 - up to 12.2 million euros, in 2014 - up to 14.5 million euros, in 2015 - up to 17.5 million euros, in 2016 - 21.2 million euros, and in 2017 - 29.4 million euros. According to the received data the tendencies of development of production of organic products of poultry farming in Europe in the next 20 years at the level of not less than 5% are established.
