At this stage of research, a simple and effective method of purification of aminoriboflavin has been developed, its preparative amounts have been obtained and it has been shown that it has a marked inhibitory effect on some strains of Listeria monocytogenes ATCC 1913, S. aureus ATCC 25923 and methicillin resistant strain S. aureus ( MRSA). Transformants containing the Y33-FMN1-rosB-rosA cassette were found to produce pink flavin, which was identified as roseoflavin by spectral analysis (λmax = 505 nm), high performance liquid chromatography, and mass spectrometry. The conditions for culturing these transformants in a fermenter were optimized, a quantitative analysis of the content of various flavins was performed, a simple and effective method of purification of roseoflavin was developed and it was obtained in preparative quantities. In the flasks, the constructed strain prTEF1-FMN1-prGAP1-rosB-prGAP1-rosA produced 1.2 mg / l of roseoflavin. Under cultured conditions in a 1 L laboratory fermenter, the strain produced 46 mg / L of roseoflavin.
