The aim of this study was to determine the content of proteins, lipids and glycogen in the white muscles and liver of aboriginal fish species. Object of research: pike perch, perch, gossip and bream tissues. The studies were performed by conventional biochemical methods. Based on the studies, data on the accumulation of proteins, lipids and glycogen in fish tissues were presented.
