The purpose of research - To investigate the direction and intensity of microbiological processes in the ensiling of the green mass of corn with the participation of probiotic bacteria. Research methods - microbiological, zootechnical, statistical. A study of the direction and intensity of microbiological processes in the ensiling of green mass of corn with the participation of probiotic bacteria. Probiotic strains of bacteria were selected for their ability to synthesize lactic acid, antagonistic and antifungal activity. Processing of green mass of corn was performed with one-, two- and three-component variants of suspensions of probiotic bacteria. The dependence of the direction and intensity of microbiological processes in the ensiling of the green mass of corn on the use of probiotic strains of bacteria has been established. Definitely increase in the number of lactic acid bacteria in corn silage variants with the combined use of probiotic bacteria (by 17 - 53%) compared to the variant with treatment with one strain of Bacillus subtilis 44-p. The effect of probiotic bacteria in both individual and joint use on the reduction of the number of fungi and yeast in the ensiled mass in comparison with the control variant without treatment is shown. Definitely the highest content of lactic acid, its best ratio with acetic acid and the reduction of ammonia nitrogen in the silage variant with the combined use of L. plantarum KT-L18 / 1 and B. subtilis ВРТ-B1. Under production conditions, it was confirmed that the experimental biopreservative, based on two types of probiotic bacteria L. plantarum KT-L18 / 1 and B. subtilis ВРТ-B1, at a dose of 37.5 ml/t helps to improve enzymatic processes during silage maturation, which provides better preservation of nutrients.
