Practical results: methodical recommendations on providing holistic breeding and technological innovations in plant production were developed; an innovation-investment project of breeding-technological innovation transfer was developed. Novelty: comprehensive approach to the evaluation of breeding and seed innovations. Implementation efficiency: 15% increase in field crop yields.
