Study object: holistic breeding and technological innovations. Purpose: to develop methodological approaches to the transfer of holistic breeding and technological innovations in plant production. Methods: dialectical, abstract-logical, monographic, computational-constructive, economic-statistical, graphic modeling. Theoretical results: The quantitative and qualitative structure of holistic breeding and technological innovations in plant production was analyzed; the transfer parameters and components of holistic breeding and technological innovations in plant production were optimized. Practical results: methodical recommendations on providing holistic breeding and technological innovations in plant production were developed; an innovation-investment project of breeding-technological innovation transfer was developed. Novelty: comprehensive approach to the evaluation of breeding and seed innovations. Implementation efficiency: 15% increase in field crop yields. Scope of use: agriculture, agribusiness of Ukraine
