The object of researches were building and building of rural settlements, productive building and building of processing industry of agrarian sector of economy. The article of researches were bearing strength, inflexibility and тріщиностійкість of new effective constructions and their elements, architectonically-designer and plan conformities to law and features of forming of rural settlements
During implementation of research it is used empiric, theoretical methods of research, comparative analysis, classification and generalizations, special methods of resistance of materials, structural mechanics, theory of resiliency, mechanics of destruction.
Features are examined architectonically- designer decision of rural settlements of Ukraine on the modern stage of community development. First offered approach to conception of формоутворення of environment between different administrative settlements and in the settlements of municipal type, on the basis of principles of modernisation and succession of architectural space. The conducted researches showed that a village in modern terms can not exist it is isolated from other settlements, close contacts matter very much with industrial and administrative centers and space between them.
