F gene sequencing was performed for 34 isolates of the Newcastle disease virus circulating in Ukraine. It is established that three isolates of this pathogen belong to class I, and the rest to class II. The phylogenetic relationships of the Newcastle disease virus Ukrainian isolates have been studied. Their belonging to the genotypes Iс, Ib, II, VIa, VIc, VIg, VIId was established. A technique for the identification of Newcastle Disease viruses Class I and Class II by real-time multiplex polymerase chain reaction has been developed. A phylogenetic analysis of African swine fever virus isolates based on the sequences of genes encoding proteins P54, P72, P30, primase and topoisomerase of the pathogen was carried out. Evolutionary closeness of virus isolates of 5th and 6th genotypes, 3rd and 19th, as well as 20th and 21st genotypes has been established. Potential molecular markers for the differentiation and identification of African swine fever virus have been identified. It has been shown that the genes encoding primase and topoisomerase are the most suitable targets for identifying this pathogen using the LAMP technology. A method for the identification of the African swine fever virus using the LAMP technology has been developed. A phylogenetic analysis of Schmallenberg disease virus isolates based on the M, L and S segments sequences of the pathogen was carried out. The phylogenetic relationship of the Schmallenberg disease virus isolates in the M-segment of RNA with the Satuperi virus and in L- and S-segments - with Chamond virus was confirmed. Potential molecular markers for the Schmallenberg disease virus detection have been identified. It has been shown that the S segment of genomic RNA is the most suitable tar Product Description popup.authors Arefiev Vasyl' L Bolotin Vitalii І. Zlenko Oksana B. Kyt Maryna Yu. Lymanska Olga Yu.
