A priori estimates, existence theorems and topological properties of solutions of the considered problems are established. Theorems on the regularity and structural properties of boundary cycles of state functions of nonlinear mathematical models of controlled processes and fields of different nature, which obey nonsmooth superpotential laws, are obtained. New methods for solving problems of optimization of distributed systems with singularities, in particular, nonlinear optimal control problems for elliptic and parabolic linear systems of partial differential equations with singularities in coefficients of differential operators, nonlocal boundary conditions, and degeneracy in the principal part of the differential.
