The genetic diversity of the world flax collection, imitation of the main features of productivity and quality and their use in breeding have been studied, a new variety of flax of dual production use has been created, which provides stable yield, high quality flax products and adaptability to Polissya conditions. According to the complex of morphological indicators and productivity in the nursery of the competitive test, 3 promising selection sortonomers were distinguished. Varietal numbers are relatively resistant to fusarium wilt and lodging, ripen 2-4 days earlier than the local standard variety Svitanok.
