The purpose of the study was to find user access to informational international content, including FAO and other producers of the agricultural sector (in electronic form> 90%) and guaranteed receipt of electronic full-text or printed content by end users. The methodological basis of the search research is the principles of consistency and an integrated approach to the formation of information content of international organizations in free access, the development of technical specifications and the assessment of the functional efficiency of the visualized online office for obtaining electronic full-text content by the library users. General scientific methods were used: descriptive, analytical, statistical. The materials can be used for the preparation of scientific research of various qualifications, substantiation and development of information and analytical, technological proposals for the provision of scientific information content of international organizations (UN FAO, IFLA, EU, Eurostat, etc.), the effectiveness of using the materials of the proposed content for creation of a repository base of scientific information of international organizations, its widespread use by scientists, teachers, government agencies, agrarian associations and producers of agricultural products, a network of agricultural libraries of the NNSGB NAAS
