At the first stage of work the Terms of Reference for draft development of DBN V.1.2-10-2008 “Basic requirements for buildings and structures. Noise protection“ (hereinafter - DBN) are given, which is the basis for the development of draft DBN and covers terms, scope and challenges of draft DBN, performances of the object of standartization, sections and main provisions established by draft DBN, the relationship with other regulations , sources of information, stages and terms of work, extra data, as well as the list of organizations (enterprises) to which draft DBN is sent for study and proposals, and the list of institutions that approve draft DBN.
