The purpose of the study is to generalize the theoretical foundations of a comprehensive assessment of the enterprise and assess the effectiveness of the investigated enterprise.
The essence and features of the complex approach to an estimation of activity of the enterprise were defined in work. The analysis of the external environment of the enterprise operation and the efficiency of material resources use is carried out. Recommendations for improving the effectiveness of means of monitoring work motivation are offered.
The object of research is the activity of a construction company. Subject - methods, techniques of comprehensive evaluation of the enterprise. Research methods - theoretical generalization, system approach, comparative analysis, SWOT-analysis, methods of induction and deduction; methods of expert assessments; factor analysis.
The scientific novelty of the work is as follows:
the methodical bases of complex estimation of activity of the enterprise are generalized;
the principles of complex evaluation of the enterprise activity are determined;
the basic technical and economic indicators of activity of the enterprise are investigated and efficiency of use of material resources of LLC EMPIRE BUILD INDUSTRY is analyzed.
The main results obtained during the study are implemented in the activities of LLC «EMPIRE BUILD INDUSTRY» and implemented in the educational process of KhNEU in the following disciplines: «Social Economics and Politics», «Personnel Management», «Personnel Management», «Labor Organization» .
