The object of research - business entities, theoretical and methodological principles of institutional support for business development in the agricultural sector. The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical and methodological bases for increasing the investment attractiveness, competitiveness of business and cooperative-integration structures of the agricultural sector of the economy in accordance with the requirements of European agricultural law. Research methods - a dialectical method of cognition and a systematic approach to the disclosure of fundamental provisions regarding the institutional and structural transformations of agricultural entrepreneurship and its development environment, analytical, abstract, monographic, computational and constructive, etc. The study substantiates proposals for improving the institutional framework for the development of entrepreneurship and cooperation in the agricultural sector in terms of European integration processes, identifies strategic directions for the development of entrepreneurship and cooperation in agriculture, formed economic and legal prospects for their development until 2030, including family farms. period until 2030. Proposals have been developed to increase the investment attractiveness, competitiveness of business and cooperative-integration structures of the agricultural sector of the economy in accordance with the requirements of European agricultural law. Field of application - agro-industrial production. Economic efficiency - created conditions for increasing the competitiveness of small enterprises, private farms, farms and agricultural enterprises of various organizational and legal forms based on the development of integration and cooperative processes and forms of cooperation in agriculture.
