The purpose of the research is to develop theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested technologies of bilingual education of deaf and hard of hearing people. Research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific literature on the problem of research, observation of the educational process of people with hearing impairments, questionnaires of parents and teachers on the implementation of bimodal-bilingual approach in the educational process. Significance of the work: developed conceptual principles and technologies of bimodal-bilingual approach to the educational process will increase the accessibility of education at different levels for deaf and hard of hearing, increase the effectiveness of their education, expand opportunities for their comprehensive development, social adaptation, professionalization and self-realization.
