According to the results of the research, a number of theoretical and practical results were obtained and substantiated, which are characterized by certain elements of scientific novelty, in particular: scientifically substantiated mechanism of access to financial resources on foreign stock markets is offered, methodical recommendations on formation by enterprises of agro-food complex of corporate finances at the expense of IPO are offered; proposals for changes in the current legislation in terms of promoting the formation of small and medium-sized enterprises of agro-industrial complex corporate finance at the IPO; developed a methodological approach to achieve financial security in the environment of corporate governance, the use of which provides sustainable protection of balanced financial needs and conditions for effective use of financial resources; the methodical approach to development of the concept of maintenance of financial safety of agrarian formations in the conditions of limited financial resources of the domestic stock market is offered; developed methodological approaches to assessing the management of parameters and increasing the level of capitalization of agricultural formations, which allows to develop and implement the principles of its growth, including consolidation of assets and capital to expand control over assets, improve financial management and its structure, strengthen balance sheet liquidity, solvency and financial stability.
