Description

 The aim of the work is to scientifically substantiate the amount of funding for social assistance in 2021-2023 to ensure effective state social support by providing subsidies to reimburse the cost of housing and communal services in cash and subsidies for the purchase of liquefied gas, solid and liquid household fuel. (according to different options regarding the levels of social guarantees, terms of provision, prices and tariffs for housing and communal services); state assistance to families with children, low-income families, persons with disabilities from childhood, children with disabilities, temporary state assistance to children, assistance to children raised in large families, assistance in caring for a person with a disability I or II groups due to mental disorder (according to different options regarding the levels of social guarantees and conditions of provision). Research methods. The methodological basis of the study are laws and regulations on the provision of those types of assistance that are the object of study, and the results of their practical implementation. The study used methods of economic and statistical analysis, forecasting and modeling.
