The object of research is public relations that arise during the activities of state bodies and institutions in the field of management of the financial system of Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to create a concept of a new innovative model of public administration of the financial system of Ukraine, developed by optimizing and improving the activities of bodies and institutions that manage in this area. Realization of this purpose provides carrying out of complex fundamental researches of administrative and legal bases of activity of law enforcement bodies and controlling bodies providing economic safety of the state with use of theoretical and methodological and methodical approaches, by providing the legal characteristic and the economic analysis of efficiency of activity of such and improvement of administrative and legal mechanism. rights of subjects of the financial system of Ukraine.
