The modern economy is characterized by permanent changes in the state of the external micro- and macro-environment, in particular: accelerating the pace of scientific and technological progress; changes in consumer preferences, etc. Accordingly, the problem of innovations’ commercialization is exacerbated, which requires the establishment of communications between market participants, the formation of an effective system of sales (distribution), which is able to quickly at an acceptable level of cost and risk to implement innovative products.
The object of the study is the processes of innovations’ commercialization in the system of innovative development of business structures, as well as the national economy as a whole. The subject of research is methodological and theoretical provisions, methodological approaches, principles, tools and scientific and practical recommendations for the formation and operation of economically sound mechanism of commercialization (promotion and marketing) of innovative products, as well as its marketing and logistics support in domestic businesses.
The aim of the project is to form methodological and theoretical and methodological principles of organizational and economic mechanism for managing the commercialization of innovative products at the state, industry, individual organization, which would take into account the interests, motives and needs of all participants in the system of creation, manufacture, promotion and distribution. ensure their coordinated interaction, profitability, economic growth and integration into the global supply chain.
