The purpose of the work is to form methodological bases and methodological tools for modeling and forecasting the relationship of social, economic and political reforms in Ukraine, scientific substantiation and development of a road map. During investigation authors used such methods and models as regression analysis, principal components method, structural modeling, center of mass method, distributive-lag modeling, autoregressive models, MAR-splines, panel regression models. The following new scientific and applied results were obtained during the research: a model for retrospective assessment of the sustainability of social, economic and political development of Ukraine; model for evaluating the effectiveness of instruments of state influence on the social, political and economic development of Ukraine; model for estimating "critical bifucation zones" of state intervention, beyond which systemic imbalances arise; developed a model for determining the convergent links between social, political and economic processes in the country; scientific approach to determine the level of stability of socio-economic and political relationships in the economy by applying the method of the center of mass; an optimization model to determine the ratio of integrated targets of socio-economic and political development necessary for sustainable growth; the model for estimating the impact of systemic risks on the indicators of socio-economic development of the country based on the construction of a vector-autoregressive model of error correction has been improved; a methodical approach to determining the transboundary impact on the concentration of systemic risk in the country by constructing multidimensional adaptive regressive MAR splines.
