Description

 The object of the study is the legislative, normative-technical and normative-methodical documents of the system of the complex estimation of the ecological and chemical state of surface water body in the EU and Ukraine The aim of the work is to develop the scientifically grounded propositions to define the integral water quality index and to develop the methodic of the assignment of the surface water body to one of the classes of the ecological and chemical state. The aim of the second stage of the work is the determination of the criterion of the assignment of the surface water body to one of the classes of the ecological state by separate biological, chemical and physico-chemical factors for development of the methodic of the assignment of the surface water body to one of the classes of the ecological and chemical state Research methods – structurally comparative study, ecological and legal analysis, methods of formalization and algorithmization. The implementation of the results of the work is envisaged in the structure of the state ecological monitoring system for estimation of the ecological and chemical state of surface water bodies.
