Purpose: scientific substantiation of the content of education of children with complex developmental disorders and development of program-methodical and correctional-developmental support of its implementation in the context of the competence approach and introduction of NUS reforms. An analysis of the state of solving the problems of education of children with complex disorders in the context of the implementation of reforms of the New Ukrainian School and identified the main trends in its implementation. The main innovative educational directions are the development of the adapted content of children's education with complex disorders and the expansion of the range of correctional and developmental technologies of their education and psychological and pedagogical support. It will provide various forms of educational integration of such students by means of compensatory, correctional and developmental training based on the individual psychophysical capabilities of children (the state of development of intellectual, sensorimotor, speech, personal spheres). The model of competence education of junior schoolchildren with intellectual disabilities was substantiate. It provides organizational (forms of educational institutions), content (main educational areas of knowledge and subjects) and technological components (correctional and developmental directions and technologies of their implementation). It taking into account cognitive, sensorimotor, speech activities of students, the need to prevent the occurrence of secondary disorders of cognitive development, as well as the formation of the ability to apply the acquired knowledge, skills, communication skills and interaction in various spheres of life.Key words: children with complex developmental disorders, intellectual disorders, mild degree of intellectual impairment, moderate degree of intellectual impairment.
