Substantiation of energy, technological, ecological, economic expediency of carrying out exclusively complex processing of vegetable wastes of agricultural production and forestry industry into solid and liquid biofuels and by-products due to discrete-pulse energy input. Research methods - experimental researches which were carried out with application of physico - chemical methods, methods of analytical chemistry. Control of process parameters was carried out by modern measuring instruments. In the course of the work the existing technologies and equipment of vegetable raw materials processing with obtaining solid biofuel in the form of hydrolysis lignin, liquid - in the form of bioethanol and by-products, namely feed yeast, furfural, etc. are considered and analyzed. It is determined that the use of plant biomass as a primary energy source is currently unacceptable neither from an economic nor from an environmental point of view. The energy, technological, ecological, economic expediency of carrying out exclusively complex processing of vegetable wastes of agricultural production and forestry industry into solid and liquid biofuels and by-products due to discrete-pulse energy input is proved and substantiated. A study on the intensification of delignification of wheat straw was carried out at the experimental setup. A comparative assessment of the calorific value of lignin and other fuels is given.
