Object of study: patients with chronic dermatoses (376), blood. The aim of the work was to increase the therapy effectiveness of patients with chronic dermatoses with associated psychosomatic disorders, taking into account the identified disorders. Methods: clinical, biochemical, pathopsychological research (questionnaire), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, statistical. It has been established that the larger number of patients with chronic dermatoses have associated anxiety and anxiety-depressive disorders. In the presence of associated psychoemotional disorders in patients with psoriasis, there is a decrease in the level of inhibitory neurotransmitters (serotonin and gamma-aminobutyric acid). An increase in the adrenoreactivity of erythrocyte membranes in patients with chronic dermatoses relative to the group of almost healthy donors was found, which was more pronounced in the presence of psychosomatic disorders. It is established that psycho-emotional disorders have a significant impact on reducing the quality of life of patients with chronic dermatoses in the acute stage. The complex differentiated method of treatment of patients with chronic dermatoses with associated psychoemotional disorders has been developed, which in addition to the basic therapy includes the appointment of psychopharmacotherapy: in anxiety disorders - mebicar, in anxiety and depressive disorders - mianserin, which increases the effectiveness of treatment due to earlier treatment.
