It has been shown that the optimal ratio between the biomass and the protective medium containing milk proteins guarantees a high degree of bacterial survival during freeze drying and long-term storage of bacterial compositions. 1 strain was withdrawn from natural sources and, on its basis, a monocomponent bacterial preparation and a bioactive bacterial composition. Output data on the parameters and modes of the technological cycle of production, strains of lactic acid bacteria with high biotechnological potential, certificates of deposition Parameters of biotechnology of the bacterial preparation (recipe of the nutrient medium, modes of biomass accumulation and the method of its conservation). The suitability of the proposed technologies for the production of both fermentation preparations and dry products for special purposes has been established. Amendment of normative documents has been developed. Product Description popup.authors Anisimova Liudmyla V. Danylenko Svitlana H. Potemska Oksana I. Khonkiv Myroslav O.
