As a result of scientific work are: the built model of adaptive dynamic scene, which is a digital image of the environment, formed by a precise real-time geographic information system; developed methods for automatic generation of images of identification symbols of various types of moving objects to create a dynamic database as part of a precision geographic information system for a wide range of applications; created methods of adequate visualization of moving objects of different spatial bases according to local and global positioning systems with high accuracy of binding to the electronic map of the observation area.
The results make it possible to create interoperable services to display different types of moving objects on the cartographic background of their observation area, so they can be useful in the activities of remote monitoring of moving objects to provide navigation and control functions.
