Description

The object of research is the process of improving the skills of coaches and teachers of youth sports schools. The purpose of the study is introduction of new forms and means of training future specialists in Physical Culture and sports in modern socio-economic conditions into the educational and training process. Research methods-to achieve this goal, the following groups of methods were used: theoretical, empirical, and statistical. A structural model of professional and pedagogical competence of a youth sports school coach-teacher is developed; a methodological system that combines the premise, pedagogical conditions for the development of professional and pedagogical competence of youth sports school coaches-teachers in advanced training courses, as well as a model of the corresponding process. The means and methods of developing and establishing the level of professional and pedagogical competence of youth sports school trainers and teachers have been improved. Scope of application: higher education system: state executive bodies that manage in the field of Higher Education; Higher Educational Institutions and other legal entities of all forms of ownership that provide educational services in the field of higher education and train specialists in physical education, sports.
