The genetic structure of individual indigenous breeds of farm animals was studied using microsatellite DNA analysis and cytogenetic monitoring of individual breeds of cattle, horses and pigs was performed. A biotechnological model of in vitro use of pig gametes to create a cryocollection of viable oocytes and embryos of pigs in order to preserve and rationally use the gene pool of farm animal breeds at the cellular level.
